n  Only one knee compartment의 arthritis ①   60세 이상 ②   Low activity demand ③   몸무게가 80kg 이하(180파운드) ④   휴식시 minimal pain ⑤   ROM >90 ⑥   Flexion contracture < 5 ⑦   Angular deformity < 15	①    Inflammatory arthritis : RA, gout ②    ACL deficiencty ③    Patella에 subchondral bone의 exposure ④    반대측 compartment의 wt bearing area에 significant erosion이 존재하는 경우 ⑤    ROM motion < 90도 ⑥    Flexion contracture > 5도 ⑦    Angular deformity > 15도
