비전형적 대퇴골 골절(Atypical femoral fracture)
1) definition: 전자 하부에 비전형적인 형태, 즉 수평 혹은 짧은 사선 골절이며, 분쇄상이 없는 단순 골절로 외측에서 시작하여 내측에 돌기 형성 등의 특징을 보이는 골절 양상을 지칭한다.
2) 골절의 형태: 단순 방사선 사진상 분쇄가 없는 횡 또는 짧은 사상 골절로 외측 피질골 비후와 내측 피질의
돌출(medial spike) 을 특징으로 한다. 그 외에도 외측 피질골의 골막 반응, 전반적인 피질골의 비후, 골절 발생 전구 증상 등을 보이기도 한다.
